1.Be sure to measure the dog's chest before purchasing the product. When you buy the product, refer to the chest first, followed by the neck dimension and weight. the measured chest size is more accurate than the reference weight.

2.if you bought the harness with dog name tags ,please note in your order what you want to customize, such as "dog name, phone number, or other text",

(If we do not receive your message within 24 hours after you purchase the product, we will send the default dog tag , Such as "Service dog" or "In training")
